Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the EsimPanel.io platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our white-label eSIM marketplace platform and all related services.
Platform Description
EsimPanel.io provides a comprehensive B2B white-label eSIM marketplace platform enabling businesses to sell global mobile connectivity solutions. Our services include provider integration, payment processing, analytics tools, and multi-currency support.
User Obligations
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful business purposes related to eSIM reselling. Any fraudulent, unethical, or illegal use will result in immediate account termination.
API and Integration
API usage is subject to rate limits and documentation guidelines. Unauthorized access, excessive requests, or misuse may result in service suspension or termination.
Pricing and Payments
Subscription Fees
Pricing is based on monthly subscription tiers with different features and eSIM sales limits. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Revenue Share
EsimPanel.io enables up to 200% profit margins through strategic provider partnerships. Your actual margins depend on selected providers and sales volume.
Payment Processing
We support multi-currency transactions including USD, EUR, and TRY. Payment processing fees and payout schedules are detailed in our separate Payment Terms.
Intellectual Property
All platform features, design elements, and proprietary technologies are owned by EsimPanel.io and protected by international intellectual property laws. White-label customers receive limited branding rights as specified in their subscription tier.
Provider Relationships
EsimPanel.io maintains relationships with multiple eSIM providers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove providers based on performance, compliance, and market conditions.
Service Delivery and Reliability
Automated eSIM Provisioning
Our platform employs automated retry mechanisms for eSIM creation. If a provider fails to deliver an eSIM, the system automatically retries the request multiple times and notifies administrators of persistent failures, ensuring prompt resolution.
Provider Service Failures
EsimPanel.io acts as an intermediary platform. While we implement robust monitoring and retry mechanisms, the ultimate responsibility for eSIM delivery rests with the integrated providers. We facilitate communication and resolution but do not directly control provider infrastructure.
Administrator Notifications
Failed transactions trigger automatic email notifications to administrators, enabling rapid response and customer support. This automated monitoring system ensures transparency and accountability in service delivery.
Telecommunications Regulatory Compliance
EsimPanel.io provides a white-label SaaS platform for eSIM marketplace management. Customers using our platform to operate eSIM businesses are responsible for obtaining necessary telecommunications licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals in their respective jurisdictions. EsimPanel.io is an infrastructure provider, not a telecommunications operator.
Limitation of Liability
EsimPanel.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payment Processing
All payments for EsimPanel.io subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments ('Dodo'), our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is responsible for handling all payment transactions, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day refund window.
Term and Termination
Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are month-to-month with automatic renewal. Users can cancel or change plans at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, access to platform features will be immediately revoked.
